holding space for whatever you’re carrying

When You’ve Been Holding It All Together for Too Long

You may look like you’re managing. You show up, get things done, take care of others, and keep moving, even when you’re exhausted.

But inside, something feels unsustainable.

Maybe you’re burnt out from carrying responsibility that never seems to let up.

Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself or numb in ways you can’t quite explain.

Maybe perfectionism, anxiety, or grief has become part of the background noise of your life.

Individual counselling is a space where you no longer have to perform or minimize what you’re carrying. Here, we slow things down. We make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. And together, we work toward a way of living that feels meaningfully different.

Meet Your Therapist

Abim is the founder of The Healing Vault and works with women, couples, and caregivers who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is grounded, evidence-based, and deeply human — offering clarity and direction without judgment or jargon.

Clients often describe Abim as calm, direct, and deeply attuned. She brings experience across corporate, community, hospital, and family systems work, with specialized expertise in burnout, caregiver stress, ambiguous grief, and supporting parents of adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

At the heart of her work is a belief that therapy should be both supportive and effective — a place where you can lay things down, understand yourself more clearly, and build the capacity to move forward with intention.
